Solutions
The HEOSSI solution portfolio
HEOSSI currently offers BEE and QNSI to the public. Additional solutions are shown transparently by development stage and will be introduced by HEOSSI only as they reach appropriate technical, operational, and commercial readiness.
Solution Architecture
Governed intelligence infrastructure for regulated, strategic, and mission-critical systems
XIIS is HEOSSI's internal substrate solution: a live control plane and common trust, memory and assurance fabric used across the portfolio. It is not offered as a public end-user portal.
Two currently available solutions, two domains. BEE - The Progressive Quantum-Native Intelligence Engine is HEOSSI's tiered specialist-intelligence solution combining BSIS, multimodal AI, post-quantum assurance paths, and governed real-quantum-hardware execution, live at bee.heossi.com. QNSI - Quantum-Native Security Infrastructure is the available solution for the trust and security domain, live at qnsi.heossi.com with NIST FIPS 203/204/205 today. The remaining portfolio is not currently offered to the public; it is disclosed by development stage and may be introduced by HEOSSI as readiness is established.
Today that means a central XIIS control-plane service running in Singapore, an internal operator console, solution-authenticated access for QNSI, first-party MCP server support, and QNSI-backed trust and assurance flows through the same runtime.

BEE
General AvailabilityThe Progressive Quantum-Native Intelligence Engine
Bee by HEOSSI - The Progressive Quantum-Native Intelligence Engine. A specialist-intelligence platform uniting BSIS, multimodal AI, post-quantum assurance, and governed real-quantum-hardware execution for enterprise and high-assurance work. Bee is HEOSSI's specialist AI platform integrating the Bee Specialist Intelligence System, post-quantum assurance paths, and explicit governed access to real quantum hardware. It is built by HEOSSI (Pte.) Ltd., a Singapore-incorporated company (UEN 202532790K). Six production tiers form the Intelligence Ladder (Cell → Brood → Comb → Buzz → Hive → Swarm), covering public access, professional reasoning, builder workflows, team operations, enterprise specialist intelligence, and high-assurance reasoning. Enclave adds private, regulated, and sovereign deployment. BSIS combines Bee's governed 66-family specialist architecture, research, retrieval, tools, evaluations, safety, routing, and release control. Post-quantum cryptography (FIPS 203/204/205) supports signed evidence and Enclave Sovereign security paths; Bee's governed real-QPU execution architecture is progressing through its production activation gates.

All tiers serve on governed, pinned base models or routing releases - Cell → Hive are production-deployed with scale-to-zero serving; Swarm is Bee's governed multi-lane routing fabric. Cell is the free entry tier, not an always-warm GPU. Public foundation-family lineage is disclosed on /models; exact revisions remain governed deployment records.
Domain adapters are eval-gated and released through the governed pipeline - none merged into production routing yet, so tiers serve base-equivalent today. Each released adapter ships with a published validation record at /trust.
Bee Enclave - a private / auditable / sovereign deployment mode for any Hive/Swarm-class workload, not a larger model tier.

Quantum-Native Security Infrastructure
QNSI is HEOSSI's quantum-native security infrastructure and the cryptographic trust layer of XIIS. Its current public contract reports 87 post-quantum algorithms across 13 families, including NIST-finalized ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SLH-DSA (FIPS 203/204/205). It publishes reproducible ACVP evidence, maps 17 controls across 3 compliance frameworks without claiming certification, and provides 8 BYOHSM connector implementations (6 via PKCS#11 and 2 via REST). Hardware qualification and cryptographic-boundary claims remain provider-, configuration-, and deployment-specific.

8 BYOHSM connector implementations: 6 via PKCS#11 and 2 via REST, with qualification remaining deployment-specific
Native-PQC HSM and cloud-KMS offerings now exist; AWS KMS exposes ML-DSA-44/65/87, while other providers expose different mechanism sets and validation scopes. Prefer a provider's native operation when the exact approved deployment supports it. QNSI's current HSPK API is the ML-DSA-44/65/87 compatibility path for existing qualified PKCS#11 estates: the HSM protects the RSA-OAEP custody root and QNSI performs ML-DSA in software. QNSI's 87-algorithm catalog remains a broader software migration and interoperability surface-not a claim that all 87 execute in hardware.

AIOS
ResearchAutonomous Interoperable Operating System
AIOS is an integrated agent-native operating system combining three foundational technologies: autonomous runtime (AIOS core), cognitive data exchange protocol (CDEX), and self-evolving compute substrate (SILOX). It represents a paradigm shift from static, human-centric operating systems to living, AI-native compute infrastructure. AI agents run as first-class native processes with semantic IPC, shared cognitive memory fabric, and post-quantum cryptographic isolation. The system features structural plasticity through adaptive syscalls, continuous self-optimization that monitors and rewrites behavior in response to agent activity and threat surfaces, and cryptographically-governed evolution with reversible lineage and deterministic rollback. CDEX enables semantic interoperability between agents, allowing them to exchange intent, context, ontology, reasoning outputs, confidence maps, memory embeddings, and state of belief rather than raw data. SILOX provides the self-evolving substrate that rewires and optimizes itself over time, enabling autonomous infrastructure management, self-healing security, and emergent optimization beyond classical static computing. The entire stack enforces capability security, hardware attestation (Intel SGX, AMD SEV, ARM TrustZone), governed automation with runtime guards, and cryptographic proof artifacts for every system action.

NIOS
ResearchNeural-Interface Operating System
NIOS is a vision-focused neural interface operating system designed to bridge human cognition and AI agents through non-invasive neural signals and brain-computer interfaces. It represents the future of human-AI collaboration where intent, not commands, drives interaction. NIOS captures human cognitive signals - attention, intent, emotional state, decision patterns, and contextual awareness - via non-invasive sensors (EEG, fNIRS, eye tracking, biosignals) and translates them into semantic structures that AI agents can interpret and act upon. The system enables real-time co-working interfaces where humans and AI agents share execution context across applications: a human thinks about a task, NIOS captures the intent, routes it to the appropriate AI agent, and the agent executes while maintaining bidirectional feedback loops. NIOS operates as a neural co-working OS that eliminates the keyboard-mouse-screen bottleneck, enabling fluid thought-to-action workflows for knowledge work, creative tasks, research, and mission-critical operations. The architecture includes adaptive learning loops that improve intent recognition over time, verifiable semantic reasoning to ensure AI agents correctly interpret human intent, privacy-preserving neural data processing with on-device computation, and integration with AIOS for seamless agent orchestration. NIOS is positioned as a long-term research initiative exploring the intersection of neuroscience, AI, and human-computer interaction.
