Advisor arrangements are tailored to the role and documented individually. HEOSSI has not implemented a general employee option pool, and this page does not promise or create any equity allocation, retainer or other compensation right.

Compensation & Equity
Compensation designed for the company's stage
HEOSSI is pre-funding and evaluates compensation role by role. Any current or future cash and equity terms depend on company stage, formal approval, applicable law and signed documentation. Candidates receive the complete terms relevant to their role before accepting an engagement.
Pre-Funding Arrangements
Before external financing, role-specific arrangements may include contingent equity consideration. Any grant requires an approved plan, board approval, applicable legal and tax review, and definitive documentation.
Deliberate Equity
Where equity is offered, the instrument, amount, vesting, exercise terms and tax treatment will be defined in signed documentation. Website content does not create a grant or entitlement.
Post-Funding Cash
