Subprocessors

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure and storage; processing location depends on the deployed service and contracted region.
• Vercel — website hosting, delivery, web analytics, performance telemetry, and file storage; processing may occur globally under Vercel's service terms.

Enterprise products may use a different or customer-selected provider set, including customer-controlled cloud or on-premises infrastructure. The applicable order form or executed Data Processing Addendum must identify those providers before production customer data is processed. This page must not be read as authorising an unlisted provider for a contracted environment.

We will post updates before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data where practicable. Contracted customers may request direct change notifications and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within the period stated in their agreement. This list reflects providers identifiable from the public website architecture as of the update date. HEOSSI must maintain an internal vendor register and reconcile it with this page before each release and whenever infrastructure, analytics, support, communications, or model providers change.
