Human Rights & Modern Slavery Statement

HEOSSI opposes forced labour, debt bondage, trafficking, child labour, unlawful discrimination, harassment, unsafe work, retaliation, and technology use that unlawfully suppresses fundamental rights. We expect personnel, suppliers, contractors, and partners to comply with applicable labour, human-rights, privacy, and workplace-safety law.

Because HEOSSI develops security, AI, autonomy, finance, and dual-use infrastructure, we assess reasonably foreseeable risks involving unlawful surveillance, discrimination, censorship, weapons proliferation, coercion, exploitation, and denial of due process. Higher-risk engagements may require end-use information, contractual controls, human oversight, audit rights, technical restrictions, or refusal and termination.

• Risk-based screening of material suppliers, agents, and higher-risk jurisdictions.
• Contractual expectations covering lawful labour, anti-trafficking, health and safety, non-retaliation, and accurate records.
• Escalation and remediation where credible concerns arise, including suspension or termination when remediation is not adequate.
• Proportionate recordkeeping and periodic review as the company, supply chain, and legal thresholds evolve.
